How do I return my order?

Please ensure you return your order within 30 days and we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; if we do not, it is your responsibility to investigate with the shipping service. If the item is not received, we will not be able to issue a refund, as stated in the section "We cannot refund any item if...".

If you wish to return a package, please request a return label by contacting us at [email protected] . Please include a note with your return describing your name, order number, reason for return, and the product name and quantity being returned so our returns team knows who the return is from in case the return slip gets lost.
